We will show you how to SET-UP and USE Cashflo Plan for your business. It takes just a few easy steps and then you’ll be ready to use Cashflo Plan. After registration you will receive an email. Be sure to click the link in that email to CONFIRM your new account.

Cashflo Plan is designed to be very easy-to-use and should take no more than a few minutes per day or week, depending on the cashflows in your business. But, those few short minutes spent using Cashflo Plan, will enable more informed decisions in your business, while helping you to keep your “finger on the pulse”.

“Failing to plan is planning to fail”: Cashflo Plan makes planning the cash needs of your business really simple. Once you have set up your Cashflo Plan account, it will take just a short few minutes each day or week to help you plan! This will assist a better decision making process in your business.

However, if you fail to plan, it will be impossible for you to have a true handle on your business. Follow up all of the hard work you put into your business, by using Cashflo Plan to help you manage cashflow.

Example: You know that you spend approximately the same amount of money each month with a Supplier A. In Cashflo Plan you can enter a single input of that estimated figure and it will be “budgeted for” every month. When the invoices are totalled or statement received, you can then change the Supplier A total for that month to the accurate figure without losing the estimated figure for future months. Accurate figures are in Black and estimated figures are in Blue.

The “Trading Balance” is the difference between the income that comes into your business versus the expenses that go out. By planning, you can make sure that this figure is consistently positive. If the Trading Balance is under pressure, you can make informed decisions for positive changes.

Using Cashflo Plan allows you to see the Trading Balance everytime you log in, helping you to better understand your business’ performance.
